Finished the acrylic pebbles.

So here they are ... finished!
Gosh, still not sure about this medium ... I love the fact that any mistakes can be sorted, but really not sure of the way the medium feels or works!  Won't admit defeat just yet! Lol!

Got the acrylics out again..

It's still mixed feeling as regards to acrylics... But I'm going to keep going!

Autumn Acrylics ..

... So, I bought a starter pack of acrylics and this is my first, home grown acrylic painting .. done all by myself!!!!!  Lol!

Still not entirely sure about acrylic paints .. but I do like the depth I can get in the colours!

Another fun watercolour workshop with friends run by the lovely Chris Lockwood ...

I loved doing the wet in wet for the leaves and scoring the veins with the end of a brush!

Acrylics

Tried a new medium today ~ acrylics! 

Went on a one day workshop with Sue Eddy, we did collage, & learnt how to paint and print and generally mess about with acrylics! A very interesting albeit very messy day!

Really enjoyed it!

Pleased with the results!

Aldeburgh Pebbles

Loved doing this little painting... I don't know what it is about pebbles that so entices me, but I love them!  This is only small too (which I also enjoy!) but detailed!

Having fun...

... With my new oil pastels plus masking fluid and paints... Mind you, the heat in the conservatory was melting the pastels but drying the paint quickly!
